FOE is a flat, thin, lightweight elastic with a fold line running down the center length making it easy to fold over fabric edges. It is commonly used for lingerie and swimwear, as well as baby clothing, pajamas, and headbands.
85% nylon / 10% polyethylene / 5% Lycra
120% stretch and total recovery.
Measures 1.5 cm wide when laying flat and unfolded.
